Spotlight: Meghan Musgrave

It should come as no surprise an avid reader and trend enthusiast would find her calling for the PR world. Meghan joined LKM in April 2007 as an intern and became a permanent fixture in July 2007 as the Public Relations Coordinator and now holds the position of Public Relations Assistant Manager. Meghan honed her communication skills at The Ohio State University where she received her B.A. in Strategic Communication and at The University of Akron, where she holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations. She's worked for Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio and Brighter Child Interactive in Worthington, Ohio where she polished her skills as an up-and-coming PR professional. At LKM, her responsibilities include staying on top of industry trends, coordinating with media, writing and researching content for various public relations practices and of course, getting “ink” for clients.
Family:
Meghan was born 16 months apart from two brothers. Both of her siblings made the trip down south from Ohio and reside in the Charlotte area. All are anxiously waiting for mom and dad to venture down as well. Meghan is also the mother to vivacious boston terrier named Amelia, who enjoys visiting all of her fans at the agency.
Passions:
Anything in print – magazines, novels, newspapers, newsletters, cereal boxes, you name it – she probably reads it. She also enjoys wine, traveling, watching the Bengals and the Buckeyes football games and keeping up with celebrity gossip.
